Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms: A deposit is required to secure your reservation and is non-refundable after 24 hours of booking. Full payment is required if booking within 60 days of departure. Air tickets require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable 24 hours after booking. They are non-transferable and subject to airline fees for itinerary changes. Cancellation Policy: Christmas Week (December 21 - January 2): Cancellations 60+ days prior incur a $100 administrative fee per room. Cancellations within 60 days are charged the full amount of the stay. Arrival date changes within 60 days may be allowed, subject to availability. No Shows: 100% penalty applies. Important Travel Information: Travelers to the Caribbean, Central and South America, and Bermuda must have a valid passport or accepted document. Print and bring your confirmation and vouchers upon arrival. For peace of mind, we recommend purchasing trip insurance. Hotel Cancellations and No Shows:All refundable accommodation reservations adhere to the stated policies. Group Reservations: Group bookings must follow terms outlined in the group reservation form. Additional Fees: A mandatory resort fee of US$24.00 per room, per night is payable locally at the resort. Air Ticket Cancellations:Airline tickets are non-refundable once issued and subject to change fees. Reconfirm flights with the airline prior to departure. Insect-Borne Viruses and Dietary Restrictions: The resort is not liable for claims or injuries from insect-borne viruses or food allergies. Guests should take necessary precautions for dietary needs. For Final Payment: You will receive a notification for final payment online. If you do not receive it within 2 weeks of arrival, contact us to avoid automatic cancellation.
