Pricing: Base Rate: $250 per person (minimum of 2 guests) Groups of 4-6 Guests: $200 per person Groups of 7-10 Guests: $180 per person Prices include a personalized menu, full-service dining, setup in a beautiful location, and service by one chef and a server. Transportation to the dining location can be arranged for an additional fee. Note: All prices are quoted in USD. Groceries: Standard Option: Clients are required to provide groceries for the meal. Our team will assist in creating a grocery list based on the chosen menu. We can also do the shopping if needed. Hassle-Free Option: If you prefer a hassle-free experience, we can provide the groceries for an additional charge of $150 per person. Sample Menu: Appetizers: Tropical Shrimp Cocktail: Succulent shrimp served with a zesty mango salsa. Caribbean Conch Fritters: Crispy conch fritters accompanied by a tangy dipping sauce. Antigua Salad: Mixed greens with avocado, papaya, and a citrus vinaigrette. Main Courses: Grilled Lobster Tail: Freshly caught lobster tail grilled to perfection, served with garlic butter and lemon. Jerk Chicken: Traditional Jamaican jerk chicken marinated in a spicy blend of herbs and spices, served with rice and peas. Pan-Seared Mahi-Mahi: Mahi-mahi fillet seared and topped with a tropical fruit chutney, served with coconut rice and steamed vegetables. Booking and Payment Policy: Booking Confirmation: Bookings must be made at least 4 days in advance. A 50% deposit or full payment is required to secure your reservation. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, or Cash. Deposit: 50% of the total cost is needed to confirm your booking. Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full before the event’s scheduled time. Cash payments must be arranged in advance. Grocery Policy: Standard Option: Clients provide groceries for the meal, with a grocery list provided by our team. Hassle-Free Option: We provide groceries for an extra $150 per person. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations: Deposit: The 50% deposit is non-refundable if you cancel. Full Payment: If you cancel less than 48 hours before the event, 50% of the total cost will be retained. The remaining amount will be refunded. Rescheduling: Requests must be made before the event. A rescheduling fee of $50 applies, subject to availability. Service Policy: Menu Customization: Finalize the menu at the time of booking and payment. Any changes should be communicated ASAP and may incur additional charges. Exclusive Location Setup: Additional costs apply for exclusive beach or garden setups. Location recommendations can be provided. Transportation: Transportation to the dining location can be arranged for an additional fee. Specify this need at booking. Professional Service: Includes full-service dining by one chef and a server, from preparation to clean-up. Additional staff can be arranged for larger groups at extra cost. Liability and Conduct: Client Responsibility: Ensure the dining location is safe and suitable for the event. Clients are responsible for any damages to property, including cutlery, plates, and glasses. Chef and Staff Conduct: Our staff adheres to high standards of conduct and hygiene. Inappropriate behavior towards staff will result in immediate termination of service without a refund.
